Mrs. Oddo graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA with a Master's Degree in Piano Pedagogy. (That's the science of teaching piano, to you and me!) She is very committed to her craft and has known all of her life (well, since the age of ten) that teaching piano was her calling.

She went directly into college with a piano scholarship after graduating Valedictorian of her high school class. Finishing at the top of her class, she was nominated for one of the Top Ten Seniors in a class of over 900 students. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance.

She has performed extensively in community piano recitals, private piano recitals, as a soloist with a symphony orchestra, and even went on a tour of Texas as the keyboard player in a Salsa band!

Immmediately following her graduation from her Bachelor's Degree, Mrs. Oddo was given the Presidential Scholarship to complete her Master's degree free of charge, with spending money to boot! What a deal! She was also given the appointment of junior instructor for several University level piano classes. She was teaching college classes at age 23! The students couldn't tell who the professor was until she started talking.

Upon graduating with her master's degree, she was appointed a full-fledged instructor to those same classes at almost triple the pay rate. Who says an education doesn't pay off? In 1998, Mrs. Oddo left all this to start her own piano studio here in Southern California.
